What are Competences?
The competence of a person is his or her ability to function with self responsibility and self-organization in specific situations in order to achieve the expected effect.
Who is the Developer?
Our co-founder Prof. Dr. Gudrun Frank, developed the innovative competence checks. Gudrun has a doctorate in mechanical engineering, is a factory planner, honorary Professor in Human Resources & entrepreneurship and is an expert in her trade.
